Refund & Return Policy

1. We offer 7 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services to most of the pincode. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).
2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. 
3. A handling charge of Rs. 100/- will be applicable for all return orders. Please place an exchange order to avoid the same.
4. The customer has to upload the pictures/image of damaged/defective product which they have received. Make sure the damage/defect should be clearly visible in the sent picture or image.
5. All items purchased at the time of any Sale Event on our website, cannot be refunded/cancelled/replaced except for damaged products and delivery of wrong products.
6. Please note that the combo products are not subject to return once the product is delivered. However, in case the product has an issue or defect in the material or print, you can submit the return request. For more visit Return Policy
7. If a product has any size issue once the shipment is delivered, then there will be no replacement or refund in any circumstances. So ensure your size with respect to given Size Chart before placing order.
8. For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.
9. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
10. Once your return is received and inspected, we will call and inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
11. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 
12. Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE or  REWARD POINTS WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.

14. There is no additional charge for any exchange orders. Exchange of product is subjected to availability of size.

16. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 
17. To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not sports bra, tights, shorts and compression wear. Acteev Wear may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
18. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of coupon code in case of COD.

PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
